Connect Square checkout

Use your own Gbaby’s Square seller account. Payments and shipping addresses are collected on Square’s hosted checkout. Manage payments in Square. View each order’s locked delivery address in the private website order report below.
- Open the Square Developer Console and create an application named Gbaby’s Trains.
- Open Credentials, choose Production, and copy the Production access token.
- Enter it below. Save with checkout disabled first to verify the connection.
This token grants API access to your Square account. Enter it only on this signed-in owner page, never in chat. It is encrypted on the server and is never returned to browsers. To disconnect, revoke the token in Square; disable checkout here first.

Your website order report
Refresh to verify website orders against Square payments. Pending checkouts are excluded from paid totals. Refunded orders are flagged for tax adjustment review; they are not silently treated as final net tax due.
Delivery addresses are stored encrypted and available only to the signed-in owner. See Square for customer receipts and payment management. This report is not a filed tax return.
